In honor of Valentine's day, I decided to post some of Cory and I's dating pictures. No laughing at these pictures... the one of us at Bob's was our engagement night before we became engaged! To tell our story, for those of you who don't know it or forgot it. Cory and I met at Main Street Baptist Church in Grand Saline, Texas. It was the summer before I started 8th grade and Cory started his senior year in high school. Since I was so young, we didn't date, but we would hang out and were "friends". Cory went off to college and we kept in touch. Then I moved to Whitehouse Texas and Cory was at A&M.. after I graduated high school, I went to UT Austin and we dated that summer after I graduated high school a little. It never quite worked out completely until I was in my junior year at UT. We finally found our way to each other and it's been great ever since. We did the long distance relationship until I graduated in May of 2003 from UT and moved to Dallas to be where Cory was. We got married in July of 2004 and the rest is history. Now we have sweet Emma Claire who will be 2 on March 10th. We are truly blessed. Cory is an amazing man. He has made so many sacrifices for Emma and I this last year while I've been finishing my Masters degree. We love him so much for it. Happy Valentine's Day Daddy! We love you. Holly & Emma
