Cory's grandfather, Lionel Duncan (Papaw), has end-stage cancer and has really gone down hill. He is in a lot of pain and has lost a lot of his independence. Please pray for his comfort, his peace and that God will continue to lay hands on him during this time and comfort him. There are no words that can truly describe this man as honorable as he is. He is an amazing man of faith and has truly lived like God calls us to live. I am blessed to know him and that my husband has such an influential man in his life to learn from.
Please pray for Cory and his family during this time, especially Cory's mother as they make decisions for his care.
Lord, we know you are good, we know you have promised us that you have prepared a place for us. Just be with Cory's family and all of those who deeply love this man during the upcoming days, weeks and months until you call him home to be with you Lord! I pray that the time he has on earth Lord will be joyful and that he will be surrounded by those who love him!
