Emma is now officially walking.. not just taking baby steps ... she is literally walking all over the house. It reallyis the weirdest thing ever! She loves doing it, although she gets so excited that she falls. But it is so much fun to see her accomplish this new milestone.
Here are Emma's latest mimics...She is waving bye-bye, clapping for herself.. and of course her sign for "I don't know". I didn't get her playing peek a boo on camera.. unfortunately.
We are enjoying Emma so much right now. She is doing something new every single day. She really is such a blessing. We are leaving this week to go to Winter Park Colorado for our first family ski vacation. My parents are going as well, so Mimi will have babysitting duty while we ski with my dad. We are really looking forward to it, but very nervous about flying with her. I just know I will be the one everyone is staring at giving me the "shut up your screaming baby" look on the plane. Oh well!! Memories!!
All else is well, we are adjusting to our new busy schedule with my school starting. My philosophy has just been to take one day at a time because if I don't I just get very overwhelmed. Daddy is doing a great job with the added babysitting duties.
