Big Steps

Emma got her 4th tooth on the bottom and almost the first one on the top. She is a mess... she has started making this face that has us rolling every time she does it. She will squint her eyes and shrug up her nose and grin this big cheesy grin... I put up a picture of her doing it.. it's hilarious!! She does it all the time. She went and saw Santa for her first Christmas at North Park mall and did so good. She was such a big girl. I got to see a baby I took care of over 4 years ago at Children's (Macy) and her family. That was such a pleasure. I have been keeping up with her frequently over the years on her website. She has grown up and doing so well.

I also put a picture of Emma drinking out a cup.. the only time she's every done it and we have been working so hard... the only way we got her to do it was putting sweet tea in the cup. She's country ... already! She took her first few steps last night. We are so proud. She loves to walk while holding onto her fingers. But last night, Cory held her and let her get her balance and she took off and took 3-4 steps before falling. I actually got it on video too. Proud parent moments, we were completely shocked and so excited. Anyways, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope you all have a wonderful time where ever you are.
