7 months old!

Emma will be 7 months old on Wednesday the 10th. We can hardly believe it. She is such a big girl! She's just about overall her cold. Thank goodness!!! She sits up all by herself and has for a few weeks. Occassionally, she still falls back, but she's quite the pro. She is getting up on her knees and starts rocking like she is about to take off and collapses. Anytime now she'll be crawling... we are just waiting on that. Haha, then she'll be in everything. She rolls and scoots all over the place. Overall, she is so happy. She sleeps so well 90% of the time. Life in the Tomlin household is good.
Cory and I are enjoying Emma so much, we love to just sit and watch her, especially when she's sleeping! We always lay Emma down while she's awake and she goes to sleep on her own. But last night, I held her and she fell asleep while we were all watching football. There is no better feeling in the world than holding a sleeping baby. Cory and I just watched her. Bless her heart, she sleeps with her mouth wide open, just like Cory and I both. All 3 of us have the worst allergies.
Nothing else is going on. Just working and playing with Emma. I am starting back to school in January to finish my last year of graduate school and then I will be a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. YEAH... I am excited to get back in and finish the program, but sad that I will be away from Emma more. Please start praying though that we will work out our schedules with her and babysitting. I have really been worrying about this in the last week. I know God will work out every little detail and he has already, but being the planner I am I want to know what those details are now... haha!
I hope you are all doing well. Thank you for checking up on us. I posted some pictures of Emma and her cousins (Kaila and Nathan) and then her eating a Flavor Ice with her Daddy, one of their favorite things to do. Yes- he is the one who spoils her rotten!! Also, my sister will be delivery by c-section her new baby Olivia in the next few weeks, so keep her and her family in your prayers for a safe and healthy delivery and recovery.
We love you all.
Holly, Cory & Emma
