Our sweet Emma is 5 weeks old now. She is getting so big. She's really starting to notice objects and colors. She gets so excited at some of them, which is so neat for us to see. She weighs almost 10 lbs now. The first two pictures above were from Easter and the last is her with her Nanny New in her jogging suit. Cory and I are doing well too. I am really enjoying being at home with her. It is going to be so hard to go back. I am so thankful for Cory's job situation too that he is able to be home a lot with her. He is going to keep her when I go back to work in June too. We will just work opposite days so she will always be with one of us. Gratefully, I am only going to have to work part time which is 2 days a week so Emma won't have to go to day care or a babysitter.
We survived all the crazy weather last Friday as well. I was a nervous wreck because Cory was at work and there were tornadoes everywhere. We prayed a lot that night!! Emma and I were comforted by my parents being here.
